Asha’s Elixirs, Inc. Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

Asha’s Elixirs, Inc. offers all customers a 100% refund or exchange on all unopened products for 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns Process:
Step 1: Email us at [email protected] and let us know your request (Return or Exchange) and your reason for the request.

Step 2: Please use Exchange/Return Request as the Subject Line for your email to us. Also, include your order number and purchase date.

Step 3: We may request photos/videos if needed to show damage, etc.

Step 4: Asha’s Elixirs will send you a Return Request Number. Write this number on the exterior of the package and ship to:

Exchange Process

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 3-7 business days.

NOTE 1: If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank. It may take some time for processing before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of that and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] and use the Subject Line "Refund Delay Inquiry" and we'll look into it for you.

Note 2: No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products because of any cause(s) beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to, acts of God, weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, riots, insurrection, terrorist attacks, government regulatory actions, acts or decrees of governmental or military bodies, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, or any other force majeure event.
